As part of the design team at Nice Ltd. in New York City, I contributed to the packaging design system for Crystal Light Powder Juices. The project involved creating a cohesive visual strategy across a broad portfolio of flavors, ensuring brand consistency while allowing each SKU to stand out through thoughtful use of color, illustration, and composition. I also introduced a custom die-cut feature at the bottom of the package, enabling consumers to easily see how many pouches remain in the container.
Key Contributions:
Collaborated with layouts for over 66 packaging assets, maintaining brand consistency across multiple SKUs.
Applied thoughtful typographic treatments to enhance legibility and visual hierarchy.
Integrated photo realistic illustration seamlessly into design systems: Developed and refined the integration of vibrant fruit illustrations into the layout, enhancing flavor appeal.
Supported the refinement of the Crystal Light logo to align with updated brand standards.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams: Worked closely with art directors, brand managers, and production specialists to ensure that all packaging assets met technical specifications, print standards, and marketing objectives.
This project balanced creative execution with strict technical precision, meeting the demands of a national consumer brand while maintaining an approachable and vibrant aesthetic that resonates with its health-conscious audience.
